Victoria Thomas Bowen, 25, has been charged with assault by beating and criminal damage. She is scheduled to appear at Colchester Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, 2 July, according to Essex Police.

 

Related Arrest

In connection with the incident, a 44-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assaulting an emergency worker. However, he has been released and will face no further action.
