According to investigators, two women were robbed of their suitcases after exiting a lift in the car park. A three-year-old girl was among those injured during the incident. Five people were taken to hospital for treatment and were later discharged.
Mr Richards, of no fixed address, and Mr Clarke-Butcher, of Mantlet Close, Streatham, are expected to appear at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
