Giuffre thought she might 'die a sex slave' at hands of Epstein and his circle, memoir reveals

Virginia Giuffre's posthumous memoir reveals that she feared she would die a sex slave
at the behest of Jeffrey Epstein and his crew. The BBC has obtained a complete copy of Nobody's Girl, written by the notorious sex offender Epstein, ahead of its publication on Tuesday, almost six months after she took her own life. Ms Giuffre's book includes references to having sex with Prince Andrew on three separate occasions, including once with Epstein and about eight other young people. Prince Andrew, who signed a financial deal with Ms Giuffre in 2022, has never denied any wrongdoing.
The memoir, which the BBC purchased from a book store in central London a few days before its official launch, depicts a picture of a wealthy and influential community abusing young people. Epstein and his late mother, Ghislaine Maxwell, who is currently serving a 20-year sentence on sex trafficking allegations, were at the center of the assault. Ms Giuffre claims that even decades later, she remembers how much she feared them both. Ms Giuffre discusses Epstein's tragic torture, making a large portion of the book harrowing reading. Epstein allegedly subjected her to sadomasochistic sex, which caused her

According to BBC News, a Buckingham Palace source told BBC News that as a result of the book's publication, Prince Andrew is put under more scrutiny. The King's activities this week include a trip to the Vatican, where he will pray with the Pope. Prince Andrew declared on Friday that he had voluntary chosen not to use his titles, including the Duke of York, an award he received from his mother, late Queen Elizabeth II. He is also giving up membership of the Order of the Garter, the country's oldest and most senior order of chivalry.
Though Andrew, the king's son, will no longer be using his titles, a small number of MPs are pushing for their removal from him. They include Rachael Maskell, an Independent MP for York Central, and Stephen Flynn, the SNP leader at Westminster. Maskell told BBC Radio 4's Today show that it was very strange
that a title could be given but that he can't delete a name. She argued that a single rule, rather than a simple, single clause, would grant a monarch the power to do this for any rank, including peerages. Flynn said there was no excuse
for the UK government not to take action to ban Andrew's titles.
