Minor damage impacts travel around Winsted on Monday
WINSTED - Emergency Management Director Steven J. Williams said that as of 10 a.m., approximately 190 Eversource customers were without power in town. That number may grow larger as the town continues to respond to reports of trees and/or wires down on various roads.
