LONDON — Acclaimed West London singer-songwriter Cleo Sol has officially announced her eagerly anticipated fifth studio album, Gentlewoman, set for release next month.
The 37-year-old soul star, real name Cleopatra Nikolic, announced the 14-track project across her social media channels on Tuesday morning alongside the release of its lead single, Woman’s Prayer.
The upcoming LP serves as the direct follow-up to her back-to-back 2023 records, Heaven and Gold, cementing a prolific chapter for one of British R&B and neo-soul's most enigmatic and universally revered talents.
A Celebration of Womanhood and Healing
Writing to her followers, the BRIT-nominated artist described Gentlewoman as a deeply personal meditation on maturity, maternal grace, and emotional resilience.
"This album is an act of devotion to the journey of becoming," Nikolic shared in a statement. "It is dedicated to all the women who carry heavy loads with softness, and to anyone choosing peace over noise. I hope these songs meet you wherever you are on your path."
The lead single, Woman’s Prayer, offers a clear glimpse into the sonic landscape of the new record.
