Boy, 12, dies after fall from play park apparatus
In a play park in Cheshire, a 12-year-old boy died after falling from the apparatus. The child died shortly after 18:00 BST on Friday at the Wharton Recreation Ground off Ledward Street, Winsford, Cheshire Police said. He was treated by emergency services, but he died on the scene. His next of kin had been alerted, and police are urging anyone who was involved in the deeply tragic event
to come forward.
