Blue Eyes Film: New UK Sales and Distribution Venture Debuts

Renowned film industry veteran Michael Cowan, formerly associated with UK-based Phoenix Worldwide Entertainment, has embarked on an exciting new chapter with the establishment of Blue Eyes Film. This freshly minted venture promises to offer a comprehensive suite of services, including sales, distribution, and minimum guarantees, signaling a significant addition to the UK's dynamic film landscape.

Blue Eyes Film's inaugural sales slate boasts an impressive array of projects poised to captivate audiences worldwide. Among the standout features are two eagerly anticipated productions helmed by acclaimed filmmaker Ray Burdis. The first, "Miss The Kiss," a completed comedy, features an all-star cast including John Hannah, Martin Kemp, Sadie Frost, and Patsy Kensit.

Meanwhile, the heist thriller "The Last Tandem in Paris" is set to commence filming in May across captivating locales such as Belgium, Paris, and London, with Laëtitia Eïdo, Will Young, and Michelle Collins headlining the ensemble.

Adding to its diverse lineup, Blue Eyes Film has secured international sales rights (excluding Canada) for Darrell Dennis's poignant Canadian indigenous teenage romance, "Sweet Summer Pow Wow." Additionally, the venture has acquired Christian Sesma's adrenaline-pumping action thriller, "Shtlist," slated to begin filming in Thailand later this year.

Behind Blue Eyes Film's ambitious vision is the steadfast support of UK property entrepreneur Paul Bellamy, whose backing underscores the venture's potential for significant growth and success.

With a keen eye for compelling content and a commitment to fostering creative talent, Blue Eyes Film is poised to make an indelible mark on the global film industry. As it embarks on this exciting journey, audiences can anticipate an eclectic lineup of captivating films that showcase the breadth and diversity of cinematic storytelling.
