I'm a Celebrity 2024 Line-Up: Coleen Rooney, Maura Higgins, and More Set for Jungle Adventure

The anticipated return of I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! is just around the corner, and this year’s line-up, as announced by The Sun, promises drama, glamour, and a few unexpected surprises. Hosted by the beloved duo Ant and Dec, the show will hit screens on November 17 with a mix of reality stars, athletes, and household names.

The following line-up has been reported by the Sun, but ITV has not yet confirmed the contestants.

Coleen Rooney

Headlining the rumoured line-up is Coleen Rooney, who reportedly signed a record-breaking deal to join the show. Known for her high-profile "Wagatha Christie" legal battle against Rebekah Vardy, Coleen has kept viewers guessing about whether she'll spill details on the case. Despite her silence on specifics, fans are hopeful she’ll give some behind-the-scenes insight.

Maura Higgins

Also taking the plunge is Maura Higgins, the Irish beauty known for her breakout role on Love Island. Maura was apparently a late addition to replace boxer Tommy Fury. Producers are reportedly banking on her humour and charm to keep spirits up in the camp. "She’s bound to bring a bit of glamour to the jungle,” said one insider, adding that she’ll likely be a favourite among both campmates and fans.

GK Barry

Internet personality GK Barry, whose real name is Grace Keeling, is another star expected to liven up the jungle. Known for her witty podcast Saving Grace, GK Barry brings a younger, social media-savvy energy. She reportedly has a solid fan base among Gen Z, with millions following her online.

Jane Moore and Rev Richard Coles

Rounding out the roster are figures like Loose Women star Jane Moore, set to step out of her comfort zone, and Reverend Richard Coles, former pop star turned vicar, who is anticipated to share some wild stories from his time in the music industry and beyond.

Danny Jones and Oti Mabuse

Also joining the group are TV personalities Danny Jones from McFly, who follows his bandmate Dougie Poynter’s footsteps, and Oti Mabuse, a fan-favourite former Strictly Come Dancing professional. Both are well-loved ITV faces, and producers are optimistic they’ll bring warmth and humour to the camp.

Alan Halsall

Alan Halsall, who has played Tyrone on Coronation Street for over two decades, will also be in the mix. Soap fans are excited to see him outside his usual element, navigating the wild rather than the streets of Weatherfield. Alan’s fans are rooting for him to show a different side, with ITV confident he’ll be a hit.

Barry McGuian

Former boxer Barry McGuigan is expected to add grit to the season. After the tragic loss of his daughter in 2019, McGuigan could bring a personal depth to the show’s trials. He has a devoted fan base and isn’t shy about facing intense challenges.

With such a varied line-up, this season of I'm a Celeb is shaping up to be one for the books. As they brace themselves for creepy crawlies, campfire chats, and gruelling Bushtucker Trials, this batch of celebrities is sure to keep viewers entertained and invested.
