Glastonbury 2027 Dates Revealed as Festival Takes a Break in 2026

Glastonbury Festival has confirmed that it will return to Worthy Farm from 23rd–27th June 2027, following a planned fallow year in 2026 to let the land and local community recover. Co-organiser Emily Eavis said, “The fallow year is important because it gives the land a rest, it gives the cows a chance to be out for longer and reclaim their land.” The last scheduled fallow year was in 2018, though COVID forced back-to-back cancellations in 2020 and 2021.
While ticket information won’t be available until mid-2026, fans already have a shot at attending through a charity prize draw. Glastonbury is giving away the first 25 pairs of tickets for 2027 in support of Doctors Without Borders (MSF UK). Each £10 donation enters fans into the draw, which runs until 7th November, with funds going toward medical care in Gaza and Sudan.
This fundraising effort follows Glasto’s long-standing tradition of supporting causes, having raised £1.2 million through a similar draw in 2024. As excitement builds for 2027, early headliner rumors include Sam Fender, Rihanna, Ed Sheeran, and Little Simz—though official announcements won’t arrive until 2027.
