Domino’s Expands Delivery Reach with New DoorDash Partnership

Domino’s Expands Delivery Reach with New DoorDash Partnership

Domino’s Pizza has announced a new partnership with DoorDash, allowing customers to place orders through the DoorDash app while still having them delivered by Domino’s drivers. The collaboration, which follows a successful pilot program, is set to launch nationwide in the U.S. this May, with Canada following later in 2025.

This marks the end of Domino’s exclusive agreement with Uber Eats, which had been in place since July 2023. With DoorDash having a strong presence in suburban and rural areas, Domino’s sees this as a major opportunity to reach new customers and tap into what it calls a "$1 billion opportunity" in the aggregator marketplace. “The ability to connect seamlessly with DoorDash customers means more sales for Domino's stores,” said Joe Jordan, the company’s U.S. chief operating officer and president.

DoorDash’s subscription program, DashPass, will also include Domino’s orders, offering $0 delivery fees on qualifying purchases. However, Domino’s Rewards loyalty program will remain exclusive to orders placed through Domino’s own platforms
